Membership

Wolf's Neck Club membership falls into two categories:

ACTIVE MEMBERS

Members that are current with their dues are considered Active Members. These members will be invited to all suppers by the Supper Committee, and are expected to bring a shared dish at those suppers they attend. They are encouraged to participate on at least one committee and one supper each year.

HONORARY MEMBERS

These are longtime members who should be called as special guests for dinners and for all special events.

The Club encourages members to invite new and non-member families in the neighborhood to consider joining the Club. The family should be invited as guests to a supper, be introduced to the president and any directors or officers, and introduced to all during the business meeting. After the visit, the secretary will send a note inviting the family to join. If membership is desired, the president shall make appropriate remarks at the next meeting.

DUES

Annual dues of $40 are due by the January meeting each year.

GUESTS

Members are welcome to bring guests to all events. Please give the Supper Committee advance notice. Members are encouraged to invite their neighbors to join the club.

COMMITMENT

Each member should find his/her own replacement if unable to fulfill any responsibility.

EXPENSES

Members may seek reimbursement from the Treasurer for expenses related to organizing Club events. Expenses should be prior approved by the Board.
